How it works
- Fill out the form below using the email address linked to your PlantWatch account.
- Choose whether you want your full account deleted or only specific data types.
- Submit — we'll confirm by email and process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we remove:
- Your account credentials and login email
- All plant entries, photos, notes, reminders, and care logs
- In-app preferences and settings
The following may be retained temporarily where required by law:
- Billing and transaction records (if applicable)
- Security and fraud-prevention logs
We aim to delete or irreversibly anonymize all personal data within 30 days of confirming your request.
